Talent Experiences & Gifting Manager – EMEA

Company: Global Entertainment Company

Assignment: September 2026 – March 2027

Region: EMEA

The Opportunity

A leading global entertainment company is looking for an experienced Talent Experiences & Gifting Manager to join its global team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager responsible for EMEA, you will translate global and regional strategy into thoughtful, innovative gifting programmes and experiences. You will independently manage multiple gifting occasions and business workstreams, taking projects from initial concept and strategy through to production, fulfilment and evaluation.

Working closely with Content, Publicity, Awards, Marketing, Advertising, Events and other cross-functional teams, you will combine strong creative instincts with strategic thinking, operational rigour and a deep understanding of talent relationships.

The successful candidate will ensure every experience feels intentional, culturally relevant, highly personalised and aligned with the organisation’s brand and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate regional strategy into clear plans, creative programmes and effective operational delivery.
  • Lead multiple projects from initial strategy and creative development through approvals, production, fulfilment and evaluation.
  • Develop elevated gifting concepts that strengthen relationships with talent, collaborators and business partners.
  • Create personalised and experiential gifting ideas tailored to specific talent, titles, occasions and relationships.
  • Provide creative direction across concepts, product selection, packaging, personalisation, storytelling and presentation.
  • Identify opportunities to develop and strengthen existing programmes based on business priorities, talent relationships, feedback and emerging trends.
  • Stay informed about developments across fashion, design, food and beverage, wellness, technology, travel, hospitality and culture.
  • Proactively introduce new brands, products, suppliers and creative ideas.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a strategic partner across assigned business areas.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager to identify priority talent, overlapping relationships, sensitivities and opportunities requiring broader regional alignment.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to share successful concepts, suppliers, brands, insights and scalable opportunities.
  • Mentor junior team members, contractors and temporary employees, providing context, feedback and coaching.
  • Support a collaborative, creative and high-performing team environment while maintaining visibility of workloads, priorities and risks.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, warehouses and brands, ensuring consistently high standards of quality, creativity, discretion and responsiveness.
  • Source and assess new brands, makers, agencies and external partners.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, invoices, purchase orders, production schedules and supplier costs.
  • Anticipate operational challenges and resolve issues before they affect talent or internal stakeholders.
  • Review and improve workflows to increase consistency, efficiency and scalability.
  • Use Airtable, AI, automation and other technology to improve research, organisation, reporting, data quality and project management.
  • Maintain accurate records covering gifting history, talent preferences, suppliers, creative materials and project activity.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Tax and other internal teams on compliance, contracts, insurance, tax considerations and supplier requirements.
  • Conduct post-project reviews, capturing feedback and applying key learnings to future programmes.
  • Escalate significant risks, resource constraints, talent sensitivities and strategic decisions early, accompanied by clear recommendations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
