Talent Experiences & Gifting Manager
6-Month Contract / Hybrid
September 2026 - March 2027

We're working with a leading global entertainment brand to find an experienced Talent Experiences & Gifting Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves creating memorable experiences, building relationships, and bringing creative ideas to life. You'll be responsible for delivering standout gifting programmes and talent experiences, working with high-profile individuals and premium partners across a global business.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating and delivering thoughtful gifting and talent experience programmes
- Coming up with fresh, creative ideas that feel relevant and impactful
- Managing projects from concept through to delivery
- Working closely with teams across marketing, publicity, events, and content
- Building strong relationships with luxury brands, agencies, and suppliers
- Managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects at once

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience within a global entertainment company and/or luxury brand
- Strong background in talent relations, experiential marketing, VIP experiences, or gifting
- A creative thinker who can turn ideas into reality
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and confidently juggle priorities
