SocialBait Talent is a growing talent agency focused on discovering, developing, and representing professional creators in the B2B space.

As we expand this side of the agency, we’re looking for an ambitious, social-media savvy Talent & Growth Intern to join us.

Duration: 6-month internship
Start: Immediate

THE ROLE

Your main focus will be finding and attracting new talent to SocialBait Talent.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across talent scouting, outreach, relationship building, social media, and business development, with the freedom to bring your own ideas to the table.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Scouting emerging creators, professionals, and personalities across social media
  • Identifying people with strong personal brands and commercial potential
  • Reaching out and building relationships with prospective talent
  • Managing the talent pipeline and helping onboard new talent
  • Supporting marketing activity to increase the talent agency’s visibility
  • Keeping on top of emerging trends and opportunities in the industry
  • Finding creative ways to grow our roster

You could be a great fit if you:

  • Can confidently start conversations with new people
  • Are ambitious, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Can work independently
  • Have an interest in personal brands
  • Want to start your career working with emerging social media creators

Previous experience isn’t essential. What matters most is your attitude, instinct, and willingness to learn.
