Role Overview
Talent Lead | London HQ | On-site (5 days/week) | Competitive Base + Hiring Incentive Bonuses.
Reporting directly to Kiran, our Global Head of Talent, the Talent Lead will play a hands-on role in building the teams behind Fresha’s next phase of growth. You’ll own priority hiring while coaching and elevating the Talent Team, combining strong personal delivery with real leadership impact.
With 400+ hires already delivered this year, we are scaling fast across global markets and functions. You’ll help raise the bar, strengthen how we hire and build upon the talent engine needed to power the future of self care.
What You'll Do
- Maintain High Standards & Diligence: Hold an exceptional bar for quality and maintain team standards under pressure, catching errors and elevating output across the board.
- Structure & Solve Bottlenecks: Deconstruct complex hiring challenges and coach team members through problem-solving to arrive at better answers together.
- Remove Obstacles Proactively: Spot and clear recruitment blockers early for yourself while systematically removing friction across the wider UK team.
- Command Pipeline Data: Maintain total clarity over your own recruiting metrics while monitoring team pipeline health to identify and patch risks early.
- Develop & Mentor the Team: Lead by example as the benchmark for quality, holding team members accountable firmly and lifting group performance.
- Operate in Sync: Partner closely with Kiran, Global Head of Talent, providing clear reporting and visibility across team performance. Work together on key Talent initiatives, turning direction into fast execution.
- Deliver at Scale: Hitting your own hiring targets while lifting the entire team's delivery output under volume and sustained pressure.
- Build Systems for Scale: Design new processes and evolve current systems unprompted, embedding frameworks that the team can adopt and run independently.

What We're Looking For
- Recruitment Leadership: In-house talent acquisition experience with a proven track record of leading team members.
- Full-Lifecycle Mastery: Deep expertise managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines for critical technical and commercial roles.
- Pipeline & Data Command: Strong capability in ATS management, pipeline health analysis, and unblocking hiring bottlenecks.
- Systems Builder: Demonstrated history of designing scalable hiring processes, frameworks, and operational systems.
- High Alignment & Ownership: A proactive and transparent communicator who keeps priorities, progress and risks visible, takes ownership from idea through to execution, and works in close partnership with leadership to keep the team aligned and moving forward.
