Role: Talent Learning and Organisational Development Partner
Contract
Fixed term contract of 12 months
Location
Hybrid but need to travel within Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, London & might be Plymouth.
Working
Monday to Friday
Role Purpose
Working as part of Talent & People team in the Talent, Learning and Organisational Development hub to design and deliver effective learning and organisational development interventions that supports our transformation ambition and people plan. These should drive a culture of learning and provide a positive employee experience increasing organisational effectiveness enabling us to attract, retain and develop the best talent.
Key Accountabilities
- The design and delivery of Learning and OD interventions that support transformation, are engaging and meet business need
- Work in partnership with Strategic Business Partners to identify and find solutions to learning needs and trends across the business areas
- The design and delivery of effective leadership development interventions that develop core leadership skill and drives up leadership capability across the business
- Develop leadership development programmes that support the development of transformational leadership
- Embed The client Way through our leadership and colleague development to promote and build the right behaviours
- The design and delivery of a colleague development programme that supports the development of high performing teams and individuals
- Ensure our colleague development programme develops and builds critical skills required both now and, in the future
- Conduct coaching conversations to support learning and development where required
- Deliver blended learning and experience interventions including face to face and virtual events, ensuring the needs of our colleagues are considered
- Effective monitoring and evaluation of learning and OD interventions and programmes
- Ensure Learning and OD interventions are effective and knowledge and behavioural change is embedded, whilst improving overall organisational performance and effectiveness.
- Seek out opportunities for innovation in learning and experience interventions, through CPD, external events and networking
- Act as a business partner to represent the learning and people aspects of change across a wide range of programmes
- Carry out administrative tasks as appropriate in line responsibility

Education and Qualifications
- Relevant L5 CIPD or Learning and Development qualifications (desirable)
- Previous change management experience
- Exposure to early careers programmes such as graduate schemes
- Proven experience in organising, delivering and facilitating events
- Experience in delivering a range of diagnostic tools, for example DISC, SDI, Strengthscope, Myers Briggs
- Demonstrable experience and evidence of continuous professional development within learning and experience including leading on project development, implementation and engagement
- Effective organisational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt, stay ahead of trends and develop original and impactful solutions
- Demonstrable experience in building effective and collaborative relationships with the ability to inspire confidence and respect with all stakeholder groups
- Proven experience of coaching and influencing colleagues to include senior stakeholders
- Experience in the design, delivery and implementation of interventions that improve employee learning or experience.
