Making Possible
As Talent & Learning Facilitator you will play a key role in the UK & Ireland Talent & Learning team to deliver our Learning Strategy and work with colleagues across the broader People team to deliver the People Strategy by:
- Delivery of Learning Academy Interventions both virtually and in-person across the UK
- Supporting development and delivery of Manager Capability Building solutions aligned with our Leadership Competency Framework
- Reviewing and measuring effectiveness of learning interventions and reporting
Your team
This role can be based anywhere in the UK and will involve a mixture of hybrid working from home and/or office and regular weekly UK & Ireland travel requiring overnight stays.

What do you bring to the role?
- Ability to build effective collaborative relationships across the business
- Proven track record in learning design, facilitation and training
- Strategic thinking in the context of understanding the broader landscape, identifying inter-dependencies, and alignment opportunities
- Experience in evaluating the impact of learning and development interventions and using the information to drive continuous improvement
- Ability to embrace and adapt quickly to change
- Effective digital skills and the ability to use a range of applications and tools to facilitate learning, collate feedback, produce reports and organise your work
- Willingness to travel weekly across the UK with overnight stays
