We're looking for a Talent Management Assistant to join an experienced team supporting leading YouTube creators and digital talent.
You'll help manage day-to-day client needs, support campaigns, resolve YouTube-related issues and build strong relationships with creators, brands and internal teams. You'll also contribute to channel reviews and research into the fast-moving creator economy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support creators with YouTube and social media-related queries
- Assist with campaign management, timelines and deliverables
- Build strong, responsive relationships with clients and creators
- Provide insights and recommendations to support client growth
- Conduct channel reviews and creator economy research
- Keep up to date with trends across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram
- Communicate with YouTube when required

About You
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Strong interest in creators, social media and digital content
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, resilient and detail-oriented
- Experience with creative talent or social media is desirable but not essential
- English required; an additional language is a plus
