Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

This role could suit an experienced recruiter, an accomplished Executive Assistant looking for a new career direction, or someone with a strong background in talent, relationship management or professional services.

More important than your job title is your mindset.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Builds trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Is naturally curious and enjoys getting to know people.
  • Listens well and asks thoughtful questions.
  • Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

We celebrate each other's success, share ideas openly and genuinely enjoy working together.

How to Apply

Please apply via LinkedIn by submitting your CV. Should we progress your application, we'll be in touch to invite you to answer the following three questions before the next stage of the process.

  • Advocating for and supporting the Executive Assistant and Business Support profession sits at the heart of everything we do. Your answers to these questions matter just as much as your CV and will help us understand your values, your approach to partnership and what motivates you.
    • Who is the best Executive Assistant you've worked with (or alongside), and what made them exceptional?
    • Tell us about a professional partnership that had the greatest impact on your career. What made it so successful?
    • Why does the Business Support profession matter to you?

We know the right person may not be actively looking, we are in no rush to hire.

The process will begin with an informal online conversation with Sarah Howson and Marianne Whitlock, giving us the opportunity to get to know one another. We'll then invite shortlisted candidates to our Marlow office to meet the team and continue the conversation, exploring the role in more detail and discussing where you could add value within our small but mighty team.

If you're passionate about building exceptional partnerships, helping people thrive in their careers and becoming part of a business that is committed to championing the Executive Assistant profession, we'd love to hear from you.
