The InterTalent Internship

The InterTalent Internship is dedicated to finding the best and brightest new faces in talent management, whilst promoting diversity and inclusion.

Offering structured work-experience, we seek individuals aspiring to talent management careers, especially those without an entertainment industry background.

Creative industry experience, like theatre or television, is welcomed. Rooted in a positive action scheme, the program includes mentoring for a well-rounded experience.

It’ll be a week in each department with a few further months on reception with office duties, reporting to the office manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Must have completed formal education
  • Must be able to demonstrate an acumen for Talent Management

This internship is anticipated to start in the last week of September 2025 through to middle of December.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrated passion for the entertainment industry
  • Strong interest in new generation talent
  • Detailed knowledge of the current social media landscape
  • Offer fresh ideas and perspectives to support client projects
  • Strong initiative to pick up tasks
  • Collaboration and teamwork
  • Ability to work at pace
  • Basic understanding of talent management principles via your own research
  • Desirable criteria: proficient use with Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Role Includes

  • Exposure to several of InterTalent departments, gaining significant understanding across a range of genres.
  • Sitting amongst the team day-to-day learning talent management first hand.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues on client based projects and tasks.
  • Attending meetings with colleagues.
  • Supporting colleagues with preparing pitches, events, brand partnerships, client gifting, management of the website.
  • Exposure to deal negotiations and financial processes.
