Supported by a global network of industry professionals, Les Mirabilia provides end-to-end services spanning creative development, production, branding, marketing, distribution, publishing, and public relations.
We are currently seeking a motivated Fashion Communications Intern to support our communications, partnerships, and production initiatives across the fashion, entertainment, and talent sectors.
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Management Intern to support talent scouting, development, and industry relations across fashion and the creative industries. The role will involve researching and identifying models, stylists, photographers, art directors, hair and makeup artists, and emerging creative talent, while supporting relationships with modelling agencies, talent management companies, PR agencies, and industry partners.

The intern will assist with talent research, outreach, profiling, presentation decks, partnership proposals, industry research, and the coordination of editorial and creative productions across key fashion markets including Paris, Milan, London, and New York. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, a discerning eye for talent, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in fashion and talent representation. Prior industry experience is not essential. This is a remote student internship with flexible working hours designed to accommodate academic commitments. Project-based remuneration may be available for assignments, depending on the scope of work and individual project requirements.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong interest in fashion, talent, culture, and the global creative industries
- A discerning eye for talent, aesthetics, and emerging creative voices
- Strong research and digital skills, with familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms for talent discovery
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and present talent in a clear and compelling way
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through
- Confident in professional outreach, networking, and relationship building
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- International outlook and awareness of key fashion and creative markets
