We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Management Operations professional to join an experienced Talent Management team, supporting leading creators and digital channels.
This is a hands-on, administration-focused role involving client communication, talent records, workflow coordination, deadlines and day-to-day operational support. You'll work alongside YouTube and digital experts to help deliver an exceptional level of service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support creators with technical and channel-related issues using platform policies
- Stay up to date with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and wider creator trends
- Build strong client relationships through clear and responsive communication
- Provide feedback and recommendations to support client growth
- Conduct quarterly channel reviews
- Manage tasks, deadlines, records and workflows accurately
- Proactively communicate with clients and the wider team

About You
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, reliable and resilient
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate about digital content, creators and social media
- Experience in social media or working with creative talent is desirable but not essential
