About us
We're one of the UK's fastest-growing talent, marketing, and production agencies. We've pioneered a new-age approach to representing content creators — one that's proven the old industry-standard methods to be significantly less effective.
MUSE has established divisions across creative direction & production and social media management, representing a worldwide roster of content creators and models with a combined following of over 40 million people. Our exclusive talent roster and unique marketing capabilities set us apart.
We're looking for a Talent Manager to join our Manchester-based team. You'll manage a roster of content creators — securing and running their brand partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, hitting revenue targets, and being the person they can always rely on. If you love social media and connecting with people, this could be the job for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
