The Role
The Social PR is a premium talent and experiential agency representing a carefully curated roster of creators, personalities, and industry talent. We build meaningful partnerships between talent and brands, creating opportunities that drive long-term growth, cultural relevance, and commercial success.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Talent Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our talent roster.
This is a Talent Manager role within the agency, responsible for driving commercial growth across an individual talent roster whilst delivering exceptional service to talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Partnerships & Commercial Growth
- Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and delivery of paid and gifted brand partnerships.
- Identify new commercial opportunities that align with each talent's long-term goals and positioning.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets across the talent division.
- Develop strategic partnership opportunities that drive both commercial value and brand credibility.

Talent Management
- Act as the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of talent.
- Build trusted relationships and provide proactive support across all aspects of talent management.
- Oversee schedules, travel, appearances, gifting, brand commitments, and campaign delivery.
- Support talent with platform growth, content opportunities, and career development.

Brand & Industry Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across brands, agencies, broadcasters, media, and industry contacts.
- Confidently represent talent in meetings, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Actively seek out new opportunities across entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and wellness.

Campaign Delivery
- Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships from outreach and negotiation through to reporting and completion.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and in line with contractual requirements.
- Maintain exceptional communication with both talent and brand partners throughout every stage of a project.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience within talent management.
- Strong commercial instincts with a proven ability to generate revenue and secure partnerships.
- Existing relationships across brands, agencies, and media.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, social media, and digital culture.
- Highly organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for helping talent build successful, long-term careers.
