Talent Manager – Motherhood & Family Creators
Hybrid | Cornwall, Manchester or Dubai
11:11 – Make It Align is looking for an experienced Talent Manager to build and manage a specialist roster of creators within the motherhood, parenting and family space. This is an opportunity to shape a distinctive roster, represent influential voices and secure meaningful commercial partnerships with leading brands across the UK, UAE and internationally.
The Role
You will take ownership of a curated roster of motherhood and family-focused creators, supporting their long-term careers while growing the commercial success of the division. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, signing and onboarding high-potential creators
- Managing day-to-day relationships with your talent roster
- Developing individual career and commercial strategies
- Proactively pitching talent to brands, agencies and commercial partners
- Negotiating fees, contracts, usage rights and campaign terms
- Securing brand partnerships, ambassadorships, events and licensing opportunities
- Managing campaigns from initial brief through to delivery and payment
- Developing long-term relationships with brands in parenting, baby, beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, travel and family
- Supporting creators with content positioning, audience growth and personal-brand development
- Identifying opportunities across social media, affiliate partnerships, TikTok Shop, product collaborations and digital advertising
- Ensuring all commercial activity is managed professionally and sensitively

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships or a similar commercial role
- A strong understanding of the motherhood, parenting and family creator space
- Existing relationships with relevant brands, agencies or creators
- Proven experience pitching, negotiating and closing commercial partnerships
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns and deadlines
- A proactive approach to identifying and creating opportunities
- A genuine interest in building meaningful, sustainable creator careers
You do not need to be a parent. However, you must understand the responsibility involved in representing creators whose platforms may cover pregnancy, fertility, birth, parenting and family life.
