Talent Manager

Ours Agency
£35,000-£45,000 per year + commission and company bonus
Hybrid role WFH and 2 office days per week in London (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

About us:

Ours Agency is a fast-growing talent management and influencer marketing agency, representing some of the most exciting UK creators across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and comedy since 2022.

As an experienced Talent Manager, you will work alongside our Talent team and Director to support and grow the agency's Talent division.

We see this role as integral to the agency’s growth. The right candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of our talent management division while being supported with ongoing development opportunities.

About the role:

  • Experience: 2+ years necessary to apply for this position, with a strong understanding of the talent landscape, managing creators, and negotiating brand collaborations.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Independently manage and develop a roster of social media talent.
    • Drive revenue and hit sales targets across your roster of talent by negotiating and securing profitable commercial opportunities.
    • Scouting new talent and assisting with the signing and onboarding process.
    • Develop and deliver quarterly strategies to support your talent with career growth and hitting key goals.
    • Build strong relationships with clients and talent, be the main point of contact to liaise on upcoming collaborations including: negotiation, contracting, and briefing.
    • Proactive outreach to secure talent partnerships while building relationships with brands and agencies.
    • Work with the wider team towards hitting and exceeding company goals.

About you:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years working within the talent management industry.
  • Skills:
    • Immersed in the social media and influencer landscape, with a keen eye to spot emerging talent and influencer trends.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • A natural at building relationships and confident in meeting new people.
    • Exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
    • Commercially minded and goal-oriented with an ambition to reach and succeed targets.
    • The ability to understand and confidently negotiate contract terms.
    • Proactive and independent, a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Comfortable working in a small team and managing a junior member.

What we offer:

Position: Full time
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum + commission and company bonus
Core hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday
