Talent Manager - Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle
£42k - £48k DOE + Comms
Hybrid, London
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Talent Manager to become the inaugural UK hire for an established European talent agency.
You’ll build a UK creator roster across fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle and fitness, helping shape the agency’s UK offering from the outset. This role suits someone excited by the responsibility of building something new, with the ambition and industry relationships to turn that opportunity into growth.
The Role
- Scout and sign up-and-coming and established UK creators across fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle and fitness.
- Build a carefully considered roster, identifying talent with strong commercial potential.
- Devise tailored talent strategies encompassing brand partnerships, podcasts, events and wider commercial opportunities.
- Proactively secure opportunities that support both revenue growth and talent’s long-term ambitions.
- Negotiate fees, contracts and partnership terms, overseeing opportunities through to delivery.
- Develop strong relationships with brands, agencies and key industry contacts.
- Work closely with the European team to establish and grow the agency’s UK presence.

About You

- 5+ years talent management experience, with a track record of scouting, signing and developing creators.
- Strong knowledge of the UK creator landscape and relationships across relevant brands and agencies.
- Commercially minded, with strong pitching and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised and comfortable balancing roster development with day-to-day talent management.
- Excited by the ownership, responsibility and opportunity that comes with being in a self-starter role.
