Talent Manager, Enterprise Functions
Location: UK (preference) or Madrid, Cologne, Paris
Type: Full time, Permanent
As a Talent Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping how talent is identified, developed, and mobilised across our global organisation. Acting as the bridge between Talent Management and key business functions, you'll partner with regional Talent leaders, HR teams, and business stakeholders to create a more transparent, connected, and skills-focused talent ecosystem.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive internal mobility, increase visibility of talent across the organisation, and help embed scalable talent processes that support both business growth and employee development. This is a highly influential role offering the opportunity to shape talent strategy, build strong stakeholder relationships, and make a measurable impact on the employee experience.
This role combines strategic thinking, relationship building, and talent expertise to help ensure the organisation is equipped with the skills and capabilities needed for the future.
🔍 What You'll Do
- Act as the key interface between Talent Management and global functions including Digital, Technology Services, Legal, Communications, HR, and Strategy.
- Champion initiatives that increase internal applications and career movement, creating greater awareness of opportunities across the organisation.
- Help build transparency around employee skills, experiences, and capabilities, enabling better talent and workforce planning decisions.
- Collaborate with Regional Talent Directors and Talent teams to support a more fluid, consistent, and effective talent management process.
- Support leaders in identifying, developing, and deploying talent through robust talent insights and meaningful workforce conversations.

🎯 What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years experience in Talent Management, Talent Development or Learning & Development.
- Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders within a matrixed organisation.
- Experience driving talent initiatives, workforce planning activities, or internal mobility programmes.
- Ability to navigate complexity, work through ambiguity, and identify where intervention can drive the greatest talent outcomes.
- Passion for creating career opportunities and fostering a culture of growth, development, and mobility.
