Talent Manager Premium Talent & Experiential Agency

Magentix is pleased to partner with a premium talent and experiential agency in their search for an ambitious, commercially minded Talent Manager to join their growing team.

Our client represents a carefully curated roster of creators, personalities and industry talent, building meaningful partnerships between talent and brands that drive long-term growth, cultural relevance and commercial success. Known for delivering standout campaigns and exceptional talent management, they work with some of the world's most exciting brands and influential personalities, combining brand strategy, storytelling and community building to create experiences with real longevity through social-led amplification.

As the division continues to expand, this is a fantastic opportunity for a talent manager who wants to play a key role in shaping its future.

The Role

You'll be responsible for driving commercial growth across an individual talent roster while delivering exceptional service to talent, identifying and securing brand partnerships, managing talent careers, nurturing industry relationships, and contributing to the overarching strategy of the division.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong industry connections, and is passionate about building careers, not just closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Partnerships & Commercial Growth

  • Lead the sourcing, negotiation and delivery of paid and gifted brand partnerships
  • Identify new commercial opportunities aligned with each talent's long-term goals and positioning
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets across the talent division
  • Develop strategic partnerships that drive both commercial value and brand credibility

Talent Management

  • Act as the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of talent
  • Build trusted relationships and provide proactive support across all aspects of talent management
  • Oversee schedules, travel, appearances, gifting, brand commitments and campaign delivery
  • Support talent with platform growth, content opportunities and career development

Brand & Industry Relationships

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across brands, agencies, broadcasters, media and industry contacts
  • Confidently represent talent in meetings, negotiations and commercial discussions
  • Actively seek out new opportunities across entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, beauty and wellness

Campaign Delivery

  • Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships from outreach and negotiation through to reporting and completion
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, on time and in line with contractual requirements
  • Maintain exceptional communication with both talent and brand partners throughout every stage of a project

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience within talent management
  • Strong commercial instincts with a proven ability to generate revenue and secure partnerships
  • Existing relationships across brands, agencies and media
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, social media and digital culture
  • Highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for helping talent build successful, long-term careers

Salary

  • Base: £30,000 - 35,000
  • OTE: £40,000 - 50,000
