Talent Manager

Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle

£30,000–£36,000 basic + uncapped commission & bonus

Poole, Dorset | Full-time | 4 days HQ / 1 day from home

About Hyped

Hyped is an independent talent management agency representing creators and influencers across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, fitness and sport, alongside our sister agency Taste, which specialises in food.

We work closely with a deliberately selective roster, combining personal management, commercial strategy and brand partnerships with a genuine focus on building long-term careers in the creator space.

For us, talent management is about far more than managing inboxes and booking campaigns. It’s about knowing the people you represent properly, understanding what they want to build, protecting their value and helping shape the opportunities, partnerships and decisions that move their careers forward.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Talent Manager to take ownership of an existing roster across fashion, beauty and lifestyle, while helping us identify and sign the next generation of Hyped talent.

The Role

This is a hands-on Talent Manager position with real ownership.

You’ll become the day-to-day lead and strategic partner for a roster of established creators across fashion, beauty and lifestyle, taking the time to understand their individual ambitions and building a clear strategy around where their careers go next.

That means managing the opportunities already coming through the door, but equally being proactive about what could be created around each person.

You’ll develop relationships with brands and agencies, identify new commercial opportunities, negotiate partnerships, oversee campaigns and work closely with talent on their wider positioning and development.

Alongside your existing roster, you’ll also play an important role in shaping the future of Hyped through scouting, approaching and signing creators who genuinely belong here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Your role will include:

  • Managing and developing an existing roster of creators across fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with talent and becoming their day-to-day management lead.
  • Developing clear short and long-term strategies around each creator’s career, positioning and commercial growth.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities that align with the talent you represent, rather than simply relying on inbound briefs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, agencies and wider industry partners.
  • Responding to inbound opportunities and advising talent on which partnerships make sense for them.
  • Negotiating fees, deliverables, usage, exclusivity and wider commercial terms.
  • Managing campaigns from the initial brief and creative conversation through to contracting, content delivery and completion.
  • Protecting the commercial value and long-term interests of the creators you represent.
  • Scouting emerging and established talent across fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
  • Leading conversations with prospective talent through the signing and onboarding process.
  • Identifying new platforms, formats and opportunities that could further develop individual talent careers.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of social platforms, creator trends and the wider influencer industry.
  • Managing your commercial pipeline and working towards individual and wider agency targets.
  • Attending relevant meetings, shoots, content days and industry events where required.

About You

We’re looking for someone who understands that good talent management goes considerably further than booking campaigns.

You’ll be commercially minded, but relationship-led.

Someone who can build genuine trust with the people they represent while also being confident discussing money, negotiating with brands, challenging decisions when necessary and recognising opportunities others might miss.

You’ll be organised and self-motivated, comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns at once and, importantly, someone who wants genuine ownership of their roster.

Previous experience within talent management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media or digital marketing would be highly advantageous, with direct experience representing or working closely with creators particularly welcomed.

A genuine understanding of and interest in fashion, beauty and lifestyle is important.

You’ll also bring:

  • A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the wider creator landscape.
  • An instinct for identifying emerging creators and understanding what makes someone creatively and commercially interesting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Good commercial judgement.
  • The confidence to build relationships with talent, brands and agencies at all levels.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • The ability to balance the immediate demands of campaign management with longer-term talent strategy.
  • Initiative, ambition and the confidence to take ownership rather than wait for direction.

The Package

  • Salary: £30,000–£36,000 depending on experience.
  • Commission: Uncapped individual commission structure.
  • Bonus: Additional team performance bonus.
  • Location: Hyped HQ, Poole, Dorset.
  • Working pattern: Full-time, with four days per week at our Poole HQ and one day working from home.

There will also be occasional travel for meetings, shoots, content days and events.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to take ownership of an established roster, build meaningful careers within fashion, beauty and lifestyle and have a genuine say in who joins Hyped next.

To apply, please send include CV alongside a few words about yourself, your experience and why you think Hyped could be the right next move.
