NewGen – Talent Manager (Lifestyle Division) Role
The Company
NewGen is a social-first creative and creator agency, pioneering culture, creators and community. Our mission is to challenge outdated advertising methods and pioneer fresh thinking—making advertising more relevant, engaging, fun, and effective.
Specialising in how modern consumers interact, share, and engage digitally, we seamlessly connect brands with right-fit creators and audiences in ways that feel authentic, not calculated. The most powerful advertising today doesn’t look like advertising, and we’re changing the rules.
At the heart of NewGen is our talent representation practice—built on a belief that creators deserve more than just contracts. They deserve partners genuinely invested in their growth, voice, and legacy. We champion creators who are authentically themselves, supporting every facet of their careers—from brand partnerships and deal negotiation to creative strategy, and beyond.
The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Talent Manager to lead and grow our Lifestyle Management division. Your work will be critical in:
- Building and expanding our talent roster by identifying, securing, and nurturing high-potential lifestyle creators.
- Designing robust management strategies that align talent, brands, and commercial opportunities.
- Executing impactful collaborations that strengthen creator-brand relationships while driving value for both parties.
The right candidate will bring:
- Proven success in lifestyle talent management and deep creator-economy expertise.
- Sharp negotiation skills for brand partnerships, contract deals, and growth strategies.
- A passionate and personable approach—someone who thrives on relationship-building and instrumental innovation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
