Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Manager USA at mane. agency. The Talent Manager will be responsible for:

- Sourcing and managing talent
- Negotiating contracts
- Building strong relationships with influencers and clients

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Coordinating schedules
- Handling public relations
- Invoicing and marketing activities
- Providing strategic guidance to talent
The Talent Manager will also develop and implement talent strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
Qualifications
- Talent sourcing and management skills
- Work US hours
- Experience in contract negotiation and relationship building
- Public relations, marketing, and influencer marketing skills
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Experience in the influencer or entertainment industry is a plus
