About Re: Agency

Re: Agency is a brand building agency with offices in London and New York.

Re: Agency doesn’t have a type of client – we have a type of founder or team that we want to work with. Each of the businesses we represent have been started by someone whose ideas and ethos we admire and who wish to work collaboratively with us.

We love start-ups and are especially proud of those we have incubated and worked with from their inception. Many of these are now globally recognised names and players across tech, hospitality, lifestyle, travel, luxury and finance.

Creative ideas are at the heart of everything we do, working with press, influencers, brand partners and beyond to create strategies that are tailor-made and thoughtfully executed for each individual client. At Re: Agency, no day is ever the same.

Communications is entering a new phase, we aim to innovate. We want future-thinkers.

An Ideal Candidate

Our most successful team members are those who are:

  • Creative, outside of the box thinkers
  • Experts at spinning plates
  • Have their finger on the pulse
  • Thrive in social interaction / making new friends and connections

Will be dialled in on the most current, culturally important people, events, brands and more – focused to both the UK and US markets.

Possess exceptional industry contacts and relationships in London and New York City (and beyond).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
