Talent Marketing & Communications Advisor
Contract: 6 months | Location: London, Hybrid | Rate: £38 per hour

The Role:

Join a global professional services and technology organisation that helps businesses transform through innovation, technology and talent.

As a Talent Marketing & Communications Advisor, you'll shape UK candidate marketing across early talent, experienced hire and alumni engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to build talent pipelines through creative, data-driven campaigns that connect the right candidates with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across graduate, apprentice, school leaver and intern recruitment, from awareness through to application and nurture.
  • Develop targeted candidate marketing campaigns for experienced hires, supporting priority roles and critical recruitment needs.
  • Create engaging multi-channel content across digital, social, careers platforms, events and candidate communications.
  • Partner closely with Recruiting, HR, Marketing & Communications and business stakeholders to align campaigns with hiring priorities and employer brand strategy.
  • Track campaign performance, manage delivery timelines and budgets, and use data and insights to continuously optimise results.

About You:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, ideally within employer brand, talent attraction or candidate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the candidate marketing lifecycle, with experience creating campaigns for different audiences and channels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working across complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Strong content, project management and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Data-driven, proactive and commercially minded, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
