About Engage

Engage Partnerships is a creator talent management and influencer marketing agency based in Leeds, specialising in the health, fitness and wellness space. We work with an exciting roster of creators and partner with some of the world's leading brands and agencies to build meaningful, commercially successful partnerships.

We're growing - and we're now looking for a Talent & Marketing Coordinator to join the team. This is an early-career opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the creator world and wants to build a career within one of the fastest-moving areas of marketing. You don't need years of industry experience. We're much more interested in your potential, personality, creativity, organisation and ambition.

What You'll Do

As a small and ambitious team, you'll get exposure to pretty much every part of Engage. A big part of the role will be helping us create better content and build the Engage brand, but you'll also work closely with our Talent Managers across our creator roster and support the wider commercial growth of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience in influencer marketing, talent management or social media is useful, but it isn't essential. Whether you're graduating, recently graduated, already in the first few years of your career or looking to move into the creator industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Your First Engage Brief: Get Our Attention.

We're doing the application a little differently.

Alongside your CV, we want you to submit a video of no more than 60 seconds answering one question:

Why should Engage hire you?

How you answer is completely up to you. We want to see your personality, creativity and how you think. You don't need expensive equipment or professional editing - your phone is more than enough. No cover letter required.

Full application instructions are provided through our application form. Applications close at 5pm on 23rd October 2026.
