Talent Onboarding Coordinator - Dweet Flex
Remote, London-based | Full-time | Fixed-term to December 2026, starting immediately | £28,000 to £32,000 pro rata
About Dweet Flex
Dweet Flex staffs luxury and premium retail through an app. Brands post shifts on the app, our Flexers accept them, and we fill 90% of shifts within 2 to 3 hours. We work with fashion, beauty and luxury brands. Peak is our busiest time of year, and we need to onboard hundreds of new Flexers before November.
The Role
Every week, hundreds of people apply to join Dweet Flex. Your job is to turn the right ones into Flexers ready to work. You'll work from home alongside our talent onboarding lead, mostly on the phone and on our platform. Much of the work is repetitive, and many people won't pick up the first time. If that keeps you going rather than wearing you down, you'll do well here.

What You'll Do
- Review new platform sign-ups and highlight relevant talent profiles
- Reach out to new applicants and support them through video interviews, right to work checks and DBS checks when needed
- Help applicants get set up on the Dweet app and complete their talent profiles
- Book talent into store approval interviews and confirm they attend
- Brief new Flexers before their first shift on presentation and client standards
- Keep talent records and availability up to date on the platform
- Track where applicants drop off and flag patterns to the team
- Help at university and fashion school open days when needed

What You Need
- Experience in luxury or premium retail, fashion or beauty. Temp or staffing agency experience is a strong advantage.
- Confident and warm on the phone, persistent without being pushy
- Organised and quick with apps, spreadsheets and online tools
- Discretion and care with personal data, including right to work and DBS information
- A reliable laptop and internet connection at home
- An eye for presentation: you know what good looks like on a luxury shop floor
The Contract
Fixed-term, starting as soon as possible and running to December 2026, Monday to Friday, daytime hours. Hands-on training from day one. We'll look at longer-term roles with the people who do well.
