Marvellous

London · Full-time · On-site
Start: October 2026

Marvellous is a media and talent company. We represent Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancy and run the commercial side of That Peter Crouch Podcast and The Therapy Crouch, alongside the brand partnerships around them.

This role holds it all together. In a typical week you'll be across 15–20 live commercial threads with global FMCG, automotive, betting, retail and streaming partners. You'll be the first person a brand hears from, the person who prices the work, marks up the agreement and chases the payment.

It's two jobs in one: the commercial and operations lead for Marvellous Talent, and the founder's executive assistant across everything he runs. You need to be as comfortable building a P&L as booking a glam team for a 6am call time.

What You'll Own

  • Brand partnerships: qualify every inbound enquiry, price and negotiate against our rate cards, decline what doesn't fit, run the podcast sponsorship pipeline, and track every deliverable on every live campaign.
  • Contracts: first read and mark-up of every agreement before it goes to our lawyers, brief legal, issue for signature, chase, archive. Execute NDAs and addenda under delegated authority.
  • Finance: raise every invoice, chase receivables, schedule payroll, creator payouts, VAT and Corporation Tax across multiple entities. Xero reconciliation, monthly P&L and the revenue forecast. Flag cash-flow pressure early.
  • Talent & production: the talent's weekly schedule, shoots, recordings and events, glam and travel, approvals and asset selects, posting sponsored content when needed.
  • Executive support to the founder: across all of his businesses, not just Talent. Whether the meeting, email or errand is about Marvellous Talent, the podcasts, Marvellous AI or HairGym, it's yours. Diary end to end, daily inbox sweep, travel, expenses, and a written end-of-day update with the decisions you need from him.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

How Decisions Get Made

You decide: standard rates, declining low or conflicting offers, first-pass contract mark-ups, all invoicing and payments, sponsorship accept/decline within our exclusivity rules, bookings.

You bring to the founder: go/no-go on large or sensitive deals, unusual pricing, anything that depends on the talent's preferences, cash shortfalls, conflicts between partners.

Who You Are

  • Experience in talent management, influencer marketing or brand partnerships, with deals you've negotiated yourself
  • Commercially sharp: you can hold a rate and walk away from a low number without losing the relationship
  • Comfortable reading and marking up contracts
  • Numerate and tidy with money: invoicing, Xero, payroll, VAT, a P&L you can build and explain
  • Calm with 15–20 live threads at once, and a written record of every one
  • Direct, brief, and you ask for the decision you need
  • Discreet with fees, contracts and personal logistics for high-profile talent
  • Hands-on: nothing is beneath the role, and you see the executive support as part of the job, not a distraction from it
  • Curious about how the founder's businesses fit together, and proactive with AI tools
