The Role
At Little Moons, the people we hire shape the brand as much as the mochi. We're a challenger brand taking our products across the UK, Europe, Australia and beyond, hiring across everything from commercial, brand and finance to technical, procurement and operations.
This role is your chance to own recruitment. You'll run hiring from start to finish, find great people directly rather than relying on agencies, partner closely with hiring managers and make sure every candidate gets an experience that feels unmistakably Little Moons. You'll also leave our recruitment better than you found it: sharper data, stronger talent pools and smarter ways of hiring.
You'll start out working alongside our Talent & Experiences Manager, then take the lead on day-to-day recruitment reporting into our People Director, so you'll need to be confident running your own desk from early on.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery
- Own end-to-end recruitment across a varied mix of live roles, from briefing and advert through to offer and a smooth handover into onboarding
- Run sharp role briefings with hiring managers, getting to the real need, the must-haves and the interview journey up front
- Write inclusive, on-brand adverts that sound like Little Moons and attract the right people
- Manage offers through to acceptance, handling salary conversations with care and confidence
Direct Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
- Prioritise direct sourcing as the primary route to hire, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, talent mapping, headhunting and referrals to build talent pipelines, while promoting internal mobility and ensuring existing talent is considered first where appropriate
- Build pipelines for specialist, senior and international roles before they become urgent
- Grow and nurture talent pools so we have a head start when we have a vacancy
- Use agencies only when they genuinely add value, and manage them well when we do

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
