Your team We’re the team that is responsible for enabling the hiring success at Frontify. That includes attracting new applicants, engaging with people, and hiring our future colleagues. The candidate experience and hiring excellence are at the center of everything we do, and we ensure that our team rocks the whole process. We are an international bunch that love travelling the world, sharing our experiences, and participating in various sporting activities.

Your mission We're looking for a Talent Partner to help us attract and hire exceptional commercial and G&A talent during an exciting period of growth. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire people who will help shape Frontify's future.

In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across a range of commercial and G&A positions, helping us build quality talent pipelines while creating a thoughtful and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. Through collaborative partnerships and a proactive approach to sourcing, you'll play a key role in supporting Frontify's continued growth.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with an ideal start date in September 2026.

Your responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across commercial and G&A functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, interview processes, and hiring priorities.
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels, building proactive pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and thoughtful guidance throughout the process.
  • Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with People Partners and business leaders to support consistent and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Use recruiting data and market insights to help improve hiring outcomes and inform decision-making.

Your story

  • You can work from our London office two days per week.
  • You have around 4 years of in-house recruiting experience, with a focus on commercial or G&A hiring, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • You're confident in managing full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and closing.
  • You have strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools.
  • You build trusted relationships with hiring managers and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • You're organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a great candidate experience.
  • You're genuinely excited about AI, and already use it to work more effectively.
  • You speak English fluently. Additional languages, like German or French, are a plus.
