We are working with a fast-growing, premium hospitality-led business that is looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join them on an initial 3-6 month contract.
This is a hands-on role supporting the business through an exciting period of growth, taking ownership of recruitment across a broad range of head office and operational positions.
The Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
- Proactively source and engage high-quality talent
- Manage candidate pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Support recruitment processes, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Bring fresh ideas to improve recruitment processes and employer brand
- Work at pace within a growing, entrepreneurial, and people-focused environment

Experience
- Proven experience as an internal Talent Partner / Talent Acquisition Partner
- Comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience within hospitality, property, flexible workspace, leisure, or another fast-paced multi-site business would be highly advantageous
- Commercial, proactive, and able to hit the ground running
