Job description

At UNiDAYS, we’re on a mission to empower and inspire the next generation of students and graduates worldwide. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our teams by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent who share our passion for innovation, inclusivity, and impact. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to deliver a seamless and values-driven recruitment experience; helping UNiDAYS continue to be a vibrant, high-performing, and people-first organisation.

This role is hybrid with 2 days per week from our London office.

Job requirements

  • You’ve successfully operated as a Talent Acquisition Partner, developing strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders to deliver impactful hiring outcomes
  • You combine determination, enthusiasm, and proven expertise to create world-class recruitment solutions that elevate both candidate and business outcomes.
  • You are committed to delivering exceptional candidate management.
  • You believe that diversity and inclusion make a work environment better and bring that into your recruiting approach.
  • Confident analysing recruitment data and market insights to identify trends, improve hiring outcomes and influence recruitment strategy.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics including source effectiveness, time to hire, pipeline conversion, diversity, candidate experience and agency usage, using insights to recommend improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve recruitment processes, delivering measurable improvements to efficiency, candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful recruitment strategies — from showcasing our brand in the talent market and creating compelling job ads, to managing candidates and interviews seamlessly throughout the hiring journey.
  • You are not only able to work under pressure but thrive in high growth environments.
  • You are able to deal with ambiguity whilst adhering to process
  • Sound working knowledge of employment law as it relates to recruitment and assessment
  • Demonstrable experience of proactively sourcing high-quality talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, Boolean search, networking and other direct sourcing techniques, reducing reliance on agencies.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and business-critical roles, building relationships with passive talent before vacancies arise.
  • Experience using ATS (HiBob ideally), Lattice and other systems would be a plus.
  • Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Experience analysing recruitment data to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment performance.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to challenge hiring approaches and influence recruitment decisions.
  • Experience reducing agency reliance through effective direct sourcing strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
