Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, from role briefing to offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, level, and hiring strategy
  • Build and manage direct sourcing pipelines, reducing reliance on agencies
  • Run a candidate experience that reflects the brand — fast, personal, well communicated
  • Manage relationships with retained agencies where used, holding them to brief and timeline
  • Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness
  • Contribute to wider talent initiatives — EVP, DEI in hiring, early careers

Experience Required

  • 3–6 years' recruitment experience, ideally in media or other industry sectors where you have had a similar role
  • Track record of owning requisitions independently, not just supporting a wider team
  • Strong direct sourcing skills — comfortable building pipeline without waiting on agencies
  • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and pushing back on brief where needed
  • Organised and data-literate — comfortable owning your own reporting
