ARE YOU THE ONE?

We’re looking for a strategic Talent Business Partner ready to shape hiring excellence across Brand Partnership Group

Are you a commercially minded recruitment partner who loves building strong stakeholder relationships, mapping talent markets and creating pipelines before vacancies arise? Do you enjoy using insight, data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and deliver standout candidate experiences? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

As our Talent Business Partner, you’ll be the strategic recruitment partner for your specialist disciplines, moving beyond vacancy management to influence workforce planning, talent strategy and hiring excellence across the Group.

Working closely with Talent Specialists who provide sourcing and delivery support, you’ll focus on stakeholder consultancy, candidate engagement and smart, commercial decision making.

NOTE: Thank you for your interest in joining us — we’re excited to receive your application. Due to planned team annual leave, our response may take a little longer than usual. We’ll be in touch after the closing date and appreciate your patience in the meantime.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
