Talent Partner
The Talent Partner is responsible for shaping and delivering a blended strategic and operational talent agenda. This role partners with leaders to design and embed talent, learning, and performance frameworks while also ensuring the effective day-to-day delivery of initiatives that build capability, strengthen engagement, and drive organisational performance.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a forward-looking Talent Framework to support attraction, retention, succession planning, and development of key talent across the organisation.
- Partner with the Head of HR and Senior Leadership Team to define and embed a strong learning culture aligned to business strategy.
- Lead the evolution of the Performance Management and Talent Review processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and organisational values.
- Design leadership and management development strategies, incorporating market best practice and emerging trends.
- Lead on embedding corporate values into all key people processes, ensuring consistency across the employee lifecycle.

Operational Responsibilities
- Deliver the organisation’s Learning & Development (L&D) plan, including designing and facilitating training sessions and programmes.
- Manage and run the Talent Review cycle, including preparing insights, facilitating discussions, and tracking outcomes.
- Translate Employee Engagement Survey results into actionable plans, leading delivery on people and behavioural initiatives.
- Work closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement practical development solutions.
- Support the effective implementation and utilisation of the Apprenticeship Levy within the organisation.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience within a commercial or regulated environment.
- Strong experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a similar people-focused role.
- Proven track record of both designing strategic frameworks and delivering hands-on initiatives.
- Experience designing and facilitating engaging training and development programmes.
- Good understanding of UK Apprenticeship Levy schemes and practical implementation.
- Experience supporting the embedding of talent and performance frameworks.
- Coaching experience (formal qualification desirable).
