Talent Acquisition Partner
9 month fixed term contract with potential for extension
London or Bristol (MUST have)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000
BOOSTA is hiring for a Talent Partner with experience hiring for tech and digital roles. This will be an initial 9 month FTC.
BOOSTA is a talent consultancy, part of Arrows Group, that embeds talent acquisition partners onsite at some of the fastest growing and innovative businesses across the UK and Europe. Our mission is to support companies’ talent functions at whatever stage of their lifecycle. We work with exciting, high-growth companies that want to partner with us on projects that alter the face of their business.
Talent Acquisition Partner Role:
- Managing the end to end recruitment process with our client
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders to create hiring strategies and talent pipelining
- Partnering with clients understand their hiring requirements and challenges to find solutions
- Sourcing via a range of channels
- Managing multiple job vacancies and responding to applications
- Engaging passive candidates through traditional or innovative sourcing methods as well as utilising your own networks
- Delivering reports and feedback to clients based on data
- Analysing this data with your client to advise on and improve their processes in their talent lifecycle
- Managing the offer process including extending offers and ensuring contracts are generated
- Onboarding candidates into the business

Preferred Experience:
- Our ideal candidate would be someone from an embedded or RPO background who takes a proactive approach to sourcing.
- Experience of working within an in-house recruitment function or a Managed Service Provider/Recruitment Process Outsourcer (MSP/RPO)
- Managed senior stakeholders and managed the whole recruitment process
- Ability to deliver high quality candidates at speed for a client
- Understanding the importance of providing your clients with reporting and feedback
- Experience hiring tech roles
