Talent Partner / Delivery Manager
Select Talent Group (STG)
Location: Remote – ideally based in the North East (access to clients)
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 + bonus, depending on experience
Select Talent Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Talent Partner or Delivery Manager to join us.
STG combines traditional executive search with embedded talent partnership/RPO models, supporting clients across the UK and US. We specialise in highly regulated manufacturing and engineering sectors, recruiting everything from shop-floor operators and technical specialists through to CEOs and Managing Directors.
This is a delivery-focused role with zero sales or business-development targets.
You’ll take ownership of client relationships and recruitment delivery, ensuring we provide an excellent service and find the right people for every assignment. The role combines resourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, marketing and client management.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
