About Us

We are a cutting-edge digital health company revolutionising weight management by integrating GLP-1 medications with personalized, tech-driven support. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve sustainable health outcomes through evidence-based interventions and a seamless digital experience.

eMed is entering an exciting phase of growth. As we scale our technology team, we’re looking for a Talent Partner to work along Product & Engineering, to help us attract and hire the exceptional talent who will shape the next stage of our company.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, high energy recruiting role in a fast-moving startup environment. You will work closely with hiring managers across Engineering and Product, owning the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer and helping us build strong talent pipelines for some of our most important roles.

We are looking for someone who knows how to find great technical talent, enjoys speaking to candidates, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

This role would be particularly well suited to someone early in their recruitment career, who is either working in agency recruitment and looking to make the move in-house, or has experience recruiting within a small or early stage startup and is ready for greater ownership and impact.

You don’t need to have spent years in-house. What matters most is that you can source, engage, and assess great candidates, understand how to recruit technical talent, and have a genuine network and community within the engineering space.

Responsibilities

  • Own recruitment for a range of Engineering, Technology, and Product roles, working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and initial outreach through screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, and creative direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of engineering and technology talent, including candidates who may not be actively looking.
  • Leverage your existing engineering network and technical communities to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, understand team dynamics, and agree on effective sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens and assess candidates against the role requirements.
  • Provide a high-quality, candidate-first experience throughout the process.
  • Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication, ensuring processes keep moving quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in Greenhouse.
  • Track recruitment activity and pipeline performance and proactively identify where additional sourcing or support is needed.
  • Help improve recruiting processes as we grow (your ideas matter!)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
