EMBS are hiring, but this isn't just another recruitment job. It's an opportunity to build something alongside our incredible team.

Let's start here… Employment is a partnership, right? That's what we think. You don't work for us. We work together, as equals.

Not because we've got a desk to fill, but because we genuinely believe we can help change somebody's career for the better.

The deal is simple.

  • You work your socks off for our clients and candidates.
  • You keep learning.
  • You embrace AI.
  • You build brilliant relationships.
  • You thrive and love your life.

We'll do everything we can to help you build a career you're proud of.

We've spent more than 20 years building technology recruitment businesses. Winning clients. Filling difficult roles. Leading teams.

Helping recruiters build careers of their own. Some have become directors. Some have started businesses. Many have bought homes, raised families and built lives they're proud of. That's the bit we're most proud of. It's what gets us out of bed every morning.

The Role: Talent Partner

You'll join a high-performing technology recruitment team working almost entirely on exclusive assignments across software engineering, AI, data, cloud, cyber, infrastructure and digital transformation.

You'll inherit warm client relationships, but we're also looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, winning business and building something that's genuinely theirs. This is a high-level, individual contributor role for a seasoned recruitment expert with the commercial gravitas to own client accounts and the emotional intelligence to mentor junior staff.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A bit about us

We've been doing this for 23 years now. Three sectors. One proposition.

We place, train and deploy exceptional people across Transport, Energy and Defence. We're not a recruiter that does a bit of training on the side. We're a talent partner for the full arc, from hire to high performance.

We work across two specialisms we know inside out: Technology & Digital (Data and AI, Software Engineering and QA, UX and Product, ERP and Digital Transformation, MSP and Cloud, Cyber Security, Agile and Project Delivery) and Engineering (advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, automation, defence systems)

  • Technology or technical recruitment experience preferred, ideally with a track record of good billings
  • Comfortable working in a 360 role, or keen to learn. We'll happily teach you how to go out, spot new business and build relationships beyond our existing sweet spot
  • Happy to work from our Derby office three days a week
  • Ambitious, curious and excited by what AI can do for our profession

New to 360 recruitment or want to sharpen it up? That's exactly what our training is there for. Nobody's expected to walk in knowing it all.
