Job Summary

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Talent Partner to join our growing Talent team. In this role, your core focus will be hiring across commercial and technical teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams.


🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define roles, and develop effective sourcing and assessment strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles across both commercial and technical teams, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Use data and insights to track key hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider People team to deliver consistent employer branding and a standout candidate experience.
  • Contribute to projects that enhance recruitment tools, onboarding processes, and overall hiring operations.

📚 What You Bring to the Table

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and platforms (e.g., ATS- Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
  • Proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
