About Rerun

At Rerun, we're building the multimodal data stack for Physical AI.

Teams building robots, autonomous systems, drones, and industrial automation collect enormous amounts of messy sensor data, and there's very little tooling built for it. Most teams end up stitching together internal tools for different parts of the workflow and losing months of engineering to it. We're building that layer properly, in the open, so they don't have to.

We're remote-first with colleagues across Europe and North America, and backed by leading investors.

We have ambitious growth plans over the next 18 months and beyond, so we are looking for a Talent Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Talent Lead, you'll play a key part in helping us scale the business while maintaining the high hiring bar and candidate experience that matter to us.

About the Role

This is a delivery-focused recruiting role. Your time will primarily be focused around sourcing, engaging candidates, and running interview processes. Right now, our effort goes into finding and closing great people.

The hiring sits between technical and commercial. Everyone we hire works with a deeply technical product and audience, so you'll need to assess technical comprehension even for go-to-market roles.

You're likely a full-cycle recruiter from a deeply technical product company, happy working across role types rather than engineering alone. You'll have the Talent Lead's support to go deeper technically.

Most of these hires will be US-based, many on the West Coast, some East Coast, some across Europe. If you're in the UK or Ireland, you'll need part of your day to overlap with West Coast hours for candidate calls. We're flexible in return. This is about shifting your day, not extending it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

  • Own searches end to end: sourcing, screening, process management, and closing.
  • Build high-quality pipelines through outbound search, referrals, and communities.
  • Recruit across developer relations, forward deployed engineering, marketing, content, and sales roles, and support on deeper engineering hiring when needed.
  • Assess candidates for technical comprehension as well as role skills, and hold the bar with hiring managers.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the first conversation through to offer.
  • Keep processes organized, efficient, and moving; you'll run your searches with a lot of autonomy.
  • Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Lead on role definition, market insight, and calibration.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience recruiting within early-stage and scaling startups (typically Seed to Series A-C).
  • A track record of full-cycle delivery; you've owned searches alone, not just sourced or coordinated within a larger TA machine.
  • Experience recruiting for technical products: developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML, robotics, or similar. You can ask the right questions to get to the technical substance of any role, and turn that into better sourcing and screening.
  • Comfortable recruiting commercial and developer-facing roles, or genuine appetite to. A big focus will be DevRel, FDE, technical marketing.
  • Strong sourcing skills and a genuine passion for finding great people.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • High agency and ownership: you build relationships quickly, solve problems proactively, and keep momentum when things get stuck.
  • Comfortable in environments where priorities change, and new challenges appear regularly.
  • Willing and able to work with US time zones; calls at 5–7pm time may be a normal part of the week if you're based in the UK/Ireland.

You'll Likely Enjoy This Role If You

  • Like roles where the spec is "find exceptional people," not "run this process."
  • Enjoy learning technical domains and being able to talk credibly about them.
  • Care deeply about candidate experience.
  • Want to help build a company, not just fill jobs.

How we work at Rerun

We're a remote company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with a growing hub in San Francisco.

We meet up in person for a week roughly once a quarter.

We're spread across European and US time zones. Rather than one fixed window, each team keeps a few hours of daily overlap that fits where its members are, and every role posting says what that looks like.

We've put together an uncommonly talented tech team, value agency and helpfulness highly, and expect everyone to take broad responsibility for what they build.

We offer competitive cash and equity compensation, six weeks paid vacation, and whatever hardware and software you need to do your job.
