- 3+ years in Sales or Sales Recruiting with a passion for people
- Deep curiosity about the Software and SaaS landscape
- A natural instinct for building champions and long-term relationships
- The drive to learn, grow, and consistently deliver
- Strong organisational skills and comfort with modern recruiting tools
