About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Partner to join our rapidly growing team based in Richmond. In this role, you will own end-to-end recruiting, working closely with senior stakeholders to engage exceptional talent and scale our business across Series-C and beyond. What you'll be doing
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage end to end recruitment – translate business needs into actionable job specs and adverts, engage top talent via LinkedIn and other platforms, run engaging and detailed assessments, and work closely with stakeholders to create candidate focused interview processes and negotiate offers
- Find industry leading talent using tools and networks. Engage with communities, attend industry events, and leverage online platforms to create lasting connections with top talent
- Support growth and hire planning with stakeholders to manage future pipeline
- Ability to manage ever changing demand in a hyper growth environment, showing strong autonomy and prioritisation skills
Candidate Experience & Culture
- Drive our values – keep and champion our fantastic culture with detailed assessments, ensuring all hires align with our company values and culture
- Support candidates through interview and hiring processes, ensuring an incredible experience, regardless of the outcome
- Lead and support projects around Employer Branding and EVP

Process, Data & Continuous Improvement
- Leverage AI and automation to build scalable talent processes
- Document assessment and interview processes to ensure consistency and fairness
- Demonstrate a data-driven approach to hiring performance, targets, and pipeline reporting
Stakeholder Enablement & Market Insight
- Facilitate workshops to upskill our internal and external teams around hiring and assessment processes
- Build effective working relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally, articulating ideas and strategies clearly
- Be at the cutting-edge of Talent, AI, Sales and GTM, staying ahead of industry and market trends, attending events where needed

Skills We Need for This Role
- 4+ years' recruitment experience, either in-house or within an agency environment
- Proven experience hiring top performing talent
- Previous experience hiring globally
- Experience being the founding Recruiter or experience in a fast growing start up would be highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to meet and overachieve objectives and hiring targets
- Mixture of agency, RPO, and internal background would be beneficial
- Experience in utilising AI recruitment tools, Co-pilot/ Claude would be valuable
- Previous experience in a start up/scaleup, SaaS, MSP or Cybersecurity business will be highly advantageous
- Strong analytical, relationship building and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to make an impact quickly and drive self-accountability
- Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, able to articulate ideas and strategies clearly and effectively
- Data-driven approach, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently
