3-Month Contract Initially | Hybrid, London | Embedded

Ryzon is looking for an experienced Talent Partner with a strong background in marketing recruitment to join our team and embed with a high-growth SaaS scale-up client.

You’ll take ownership of hiring across their marketing organisation, working closely with senior marketing leaders and hiring managers to understand what they need, build strong pipelines and drive hiring forward.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how marketing teams are built within SaaS businesses, has experience hiring senior and leadership-level talent, and knows how to recruit effectively in fast-moving startup and scale-up environments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across a range of marketing roles, from individual contributors through to senior leadership hires.
  • Recruit across areas such as Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth, Content, Brand, Communications, and Marketing Operations.
  • Lead searches for senior marketing positions, including Head of and Director-level appointments.
  • Partner closely with CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and other senior stakeholders to understand their teams, define requirements, and build effective hiring plans.
  • Translate broad or evolving briefs into clear candidate profiles and targeted searches.
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality marketing talent rather than relying on inbound applications.
  • Build talent maps and pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs.
  • Run structured and efficient recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer and close.
  • Keep hiring managers close to the market, providing insight on candidate availability, compensation, competition, and potential risks to delivery.
  • Drive hiring processes forward, maintaining momentum and challenging stakeholders constructively where needed.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and provide clear visibility of pipeline health, hiring progress, and blockers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, interview structure, and ways of working as you embed with the client.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience recruiting marketing roles within technology or SaaS businesses.
  • Proven experience delivering senior and leadership-level searches, ideally including Head of and Director-level marketing hires.
  • Good understanding of the different disciplines within a modern SaaS marketing organisation and what strong talent looks like across them.
  • Significant experience working directly within startup or scale-up environments, either internally or in an embedded talent model.
  • A strong track record of proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates in competitive markets.
  • Confidence engaging senior-level candidates and representing the business credibly throughout a leadership search.
  • Confidence partnering with senior marketing leaders and challenging hiring managers when needed.
  • Strong ownership mentality. You don’t wait for hiring to happen, you drive it forward.
  • The ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without compromising on quality or candidate experience.
  • Strong commercial understanding and the ability to quickly understand different products, markets, and customer profiles.
  • Strong ATS discipline and confidence using recruitment data to manage your workload and communicate progress.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms is useful, but not essential.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and spending time with the client team in their London office.

Working with Ryzon

Ryzon provides embedded talent teams to ambitious technology businesses. Rather than operating like a traditional recruitment agency, we work inside our clients’ businesses as an extension of their team.

That means getting close to the people you’re hiring for, understanding the business properly, and taking genuine ownership of delivering the people they need to grow.

You’ll be embedded day-to-day with the client, while also being part of the Ryzon team and having access to the support, tools, and experience of the wider business.
