Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role

As our Talent Partner for Product and Design, you’ll take a proactive, market-led approach to identifying and engaging exceptional talent.

You’ll build long-term relationships with high-calibre professionals, developing talent pipelines before hiring needs arise rather than relying solely on active vacancies.

Working closely with Product and Design leaders, you’ll develop a deep understanding of what we’re building, how our teams are evolving and the capabilities we need to hire. You’ll use your market knowledge to shape hiring strategies, challenge thinking and act as a trusted adviser on what great talent looks like.

Product and Design will be your core focus, although you may also support Engineering and other areas of the business as priorities evolve.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and nurture a strong network of exceptional Product and Design talent.
  • Develop proactive sourcing and talent-mapping strategies for current and future hiring needs.
  • Become a market specialist, with a deep understanding of relevant companies, talent profiles and industry movements.
  • Partner closely with Product and Design leaders to understand their strategy, teams and future capability needs.
  • Use talent intelligence and market insight to shape hiring plans and raise the quality bar.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining requirements and engaging candidates through to offer and close.
  • Deliver a thoughtful, credible and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support recruitment across Engineering and other business areas when required.
