Talent Partner - London

We're looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join the Talent team to support the expansion efforts in building out our teams.

About the Role

As a Talent team, we're responsible for building a diverse and inspiring global team by discovering and attracting the future talent of DICE whilst providing an amazing, streamlined candidate experience.

As the Talent Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in partnering with DICE leaders across multiple business areas to identify and define hiring needs and processes. You'll build excellent relationships with candidates, providing them with detailed knowledge and insights into the DICE business. You'll be able to anticipate needs, identify and create scalable processes whilst collaborating across a global environment.

You'll be

  • Leading and managing the full lifecycle of recruitment across multiple openings, delivering a proactive and positive candidate experience.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, acting as their main point of contact and managing expectations throughout the process.
  • Proactively mapping the market to build relationships with passive talent that could become future DICE hires. Exhibit a compelling approach to headhunting.
  • Initiating talent partnerships that increase DICE's reach into diverse talent communities to drive diversity at DICE.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to identify and define needs, build job descriptions and processes to assess candidates effectively.
  • Harnessing data from Greenhouse for reporting, identifying insights & bottlenecks in the hiring process.

You are

You'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment in fast-paced environments, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency experience.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, working across Sales & Operations roles.
  • Skilled at managing the full lifecycle of recruitment - from sourcing and interviewing, through to offer and onboarding.
  • A solid understanding of multiple disciplines, with the ability to quickly assimilate knowledge of new business areas, and the ability to effectively hire across multiple verticals.
  • Excellent at influencing stakeholders at all levels and building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Track record of implementing robust recruitment processes.
  • Skilled at using data to uncover insights, adopting a data-oriented approach to recruitment strategy.
  • Trusted and inspiring recruiter with high EQ and strong self-awareness.
  • Motivated, exceptionally organised and detail-oriented.
  • Passionate about building diverse teams and contributing to the company culture.
  • Experience working within a high-growth, scale-up business environment would be preferred.
