Talent Partner – AI & Engineering
Search Chain Partners | London | Embedded Talent Project
Search Chain Partners is growing its embedded talent capability following the win of a significant new project with a high-growth Enterprise AI business.
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Partner who understands technical hiring and wants to get much closer to the businesses they recruit for.
You’ll be part of Search Chain Partners, while embedding directly into the client and operating as a genuine extension of their team.
The opportunity
You’ll be supporting an ambitious, international AI business building and deploying technology into complex enterprise environments.
Hiring will span AI, Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Data and other specialist technical disciplines.
The hiring bar is high, the market is competitive and many of the people you need won’t be actively looking. This is about mapping, headhunting and building relationships with exceptional technical talent.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Build and engage specialist talent pipelines

What matters is that you can find and engage hard-to-reach technical talent and confidently partner with demanding senior stakeholders.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Experience across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Infrastructure, Platform or Solutions Engineering, FDE and CTO hiring would be particularly relevant.
You’ll be curious, technically interested and comfortable with ambiguity — someone who takes ownership, works things out and enjoys operating in a fast-moving environment.

Our embedded model gives you the ownership and closeness of internal TA, with the variety, network and opportunity of specialist search.
