Talent Partner - Tech
About Noah
Noah is building the financial infrastructure for the next generation of global payments.
We’re making moving money across borders faster, simpler and more accessible by connecting traditional banking infrastructure with stablecoins and digital finance.
We’re already live in 70+ countries and work with 150+ clients, but we’re still early. There’s a huge amount left to build and we’re growing the team that will make it happen.
We’re on a mission to Set Money Free.
The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Partner focused on Tech to join our People team and take ownership of hiring across Engineering and Product.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll work closely with our CTO, Product leadership and engineering managers to understand what we need, build the right talent strategy and bring exceptional people into Noah.
You’ll have real influence over your area! From agreeing hiring plans and sourcing strategy through to closing candidates and continuously improving how we hire.
We’re looking for someone who understands great technical talent, knows how to engage hard-to-reach candidates and enjoys working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering and Product, from intake through to offer and close.
- Partner closely with the CTO, Product leadership and Engineering Managers to understand hiring needs and build effective hiring plans.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for high-quality engineering and product talent across global markets.
- Proactively identify and engage exceptional candidates, including passive talent.
- Develop strong talent pipelines across areas such as backend, frontend, AI and product.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, challenging briefs and helping define what “great” looks like for each role.
- Own candidate experience and ensure candidates leave the process excited about Noah, regardless of the outcome.
- Use data and market insight to advise on talent availability, compensation, locations and hiring strategy.
- Help continuously improve our interview processes, assessment and overall approach to hiring.
- Contribute to wider Talent initiatives as Noah scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What makes this role different
You won’t be handed a list of roles and asked to fill them.
You’ll help shape Noah’s technical organisation.
You’ll work directly with the people building our products and infrastructure, have a meaningful voice in how we hire, and play a key role in deciding who joins us on the next stage of the journey.
Noah is still small enough for your work to have a visible impact, but ambitious enough that the problems you’ll be solving are genuinely interesting.
If you’re excited by building teams from the ground up, working with exceptional technical talent and joining a company trying to fundamentally change how money moves around the world, we’d love to hear from you.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
