What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients and candidates.
- Working on live opportunities with some of the market’s top accounts from day one.
- Identifying, engaging, and placing exceptional talent.
- Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
- Learning from senior leaders through hands-on coaching and mentorship.

What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year’s recruitment or sales experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambition, resilience, and a commercial mindset.
- A desire to learn, develop, and build a successful career.
- Motivated individuals from any recruitment or transferable background.
