Talent and Partnership Manager
Location: Remote/hybrid, UK-based
Employment: Full-time
Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped 5% commission on qualifying new business
About Us:
Tropeano Media Group is the business behind Marygrace Tropeano, an Italian model, actress and digital creator with a combined audience of over two million and more than two billion lifetime views.
Marygrace’s work spans fashion, beauty and lifestyle, with collaborations including Armani Beauty, Valentino Beauty, Prada Beauty and Mugler.
We’re looking for a commercially minded, highly organised Talent & Partnerships Manager to work directly with Marygrace, manage the day-to-day commercial side of her career and develop meaningful, long-term brand partnerships.
The Opportunity:
This is a full-time remote/ hybrid role with close daily collaboration. You’ll have a daily call with Marygrace to agree priorities, discuss opportunities and move projects forward, while independently managing your responsibilities throughout the day.
We’re looking for someone invested in building a long-term working relationship: someone who follows through, brings fresh ideas and sees opportunities beyond standard sponsorship packages.
You should be equally comfortable negotiating a campaign, creating a compelling presentation and developing an original partnership concept that gives a brand a clear reason to work with Marygrace.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming enquiries, brand outreach, follow-ups and the commercial pipeline.
- Identify paid opportunities across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and relevant wider interests.
- Develop original partnership concepts tailored to Marygrace’s personality, audience and career direction.
- Create polished pitch decks, proposals, media kits and presentations that communicate creative ideas and commercial value.
- Turn ideas into clear proposals with deliverables, timelines and budgets.
- Negotiate fees, usage rights, paid media and exclusivity within agreed approval limits.
- Coordinate contract reviews and track campaign obligations and licensing periods.
- Manage campaign briefs, schedules, approvals and deadlines.
- Build lasting relationships with brands, agencies and PR teams.
- Identify opportunities beyond individual social posts, including ambassadorships, speaking engagements, events and longer-term collaborations.
- Assess invitations and recommend opportunities aligned with Marygrace’s priorities.
- Organise meetings with brands, agencies and industry contacts, including scheduling, preparing agendas and managing follow-ups.
- Occasionally attend relevant events and meetings alongside Marygrace or on behalf of TMG to build relationships and identify opportunities.
- Maintain organised records and provide clear updates on progress, next steps and decisions needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
