Role Overview

The role of Talent & Partnerships Manager is to work closely with account teams to deliver best-in-class talent and partnership programmes across our client portfolio. Working collaboratively across the agency, you will support the planning, execution, and management of influencer, VIP, and partnership activity, helping to create culturally relevant campaigns that drive meaningful results for our clients.

You will build and nurture relationships with talent, agents, and creators, whilst developing your expertise across influencer marketing, paid partnerships, and creative collaborations. With support from senior team members, you will help identify opportunities, deliver campaigns, and contribute to strategic thinking across the agency.

In this role, you will cultivate an abundance of relationships with talent, including VIPs, influencers, and creators, and be well-versed in all aspects of influencer marketing, including:

  • Ideating, planning, and activating paid influencer campaigns
  • Prompting high-impact earned media results via creative programming

While all ModusBPCM teams are involved in influencer marketing at some level, you are considered an expert on all things pertaining to influencers specifically.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Project management of partnerships, campaigns, & special projects pertaining to Talent
  • Community building + advisory across our client portfolio
  • Supporting account teams where relevant
  • Maintaining relations with Talent agents + Talent alike
  • Maintaining master Talent databases
  • Acting as the primary day-to-day point of contact for talent and partnerships workstreams across assigned clients, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks between teams
