Join Dennis Eagle at an Exciting Time of Growth

Are you highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about delivering a great experience for others?

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dennis Eagle during a period of growth and investment, where people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic part-time Talent & Payroll Administrator to become a key member of our HR team, helping to support our employees and managers while ensuring our people processes run smoothly and efficiently.

This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll be a trusted support for employees across the business, playing an important part in everything from welcoming new starters and supporting payroll activities to maintaining HR systems and coordinating employee benefits.

If you enjoy variety, love working with people, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, you'll find a rewarding career with us.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Talent & Payroll Administrator, you'll be at the centre of our people operations, supporting a wide range of activities that help create a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Payroll administration, including starters, leavers and employee changes.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR system data.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for payroll-related enquiries.
  • Coordinating onboarding activities and helping new employees have a fantastic first-day experience.
  • Supporting employee benefits administration and wider HR processes.
  • Producing HR documentation, letters and correspondence.
  • Processing employment references and supporting employee recognition initiatives.
  • Building strong relationships with employees and managers across the business.
  • Providing general administration support to the HR team and contributing to process improvements.

No two days are the same. This role offers genuine variety and the chance to gain exposure across payroll, recruitment and HR administration while making a real impact.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines great organisation with a positive attitude and a passion for supporting people.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous administration experience within a busy environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
